I've put this page together with some location inspiration around upstate NY for your Dogs in the Wild photoshoot, this is by far an exhaustive list. Your location can be anywhere outside that is safe for your dog—except for private property of coarse—your location can be at a park, on your boat, a campground, or even be in your own backyard. However if you're having a hardtime coming up with the perfect spot, perhaps one of the locations below will help you think of something.

Saratoga National Historical Park

Park offers some fantastic fields and distant mountain vistas.

Broadalbin Public Beach

Boat launch with small beach area on Sacandaga lake. The area offers access to the lake with a small sandy beach, and rocky landscapes. Mountain views are also present across the lake.

Grassy fields and forest views. Area can be a tick hot spot so make sure you are your dog are protected.

Private area with a medium sized pond and a trail through the forest. There are a few primitive camping sites as well.
